Children ages 2-4 are invited to our
Toddler Time Pajama Party activities at the library.  They will be held three times a year:

         October 30     6:30-7:15         Cats
February 26   6:30-7:15   All About Me
         June 25            6:30-7:15  Color with a Cop

There will be stories about the theme of the evening, rhythm activities and songs, and crafts. Parents can  stay with their children if they like during the program.

Our first program will be all about cats on October 30, and children may dress up in Halloween costumes, dress as cats, or wear their PJ’s.

Register online at the library website:
                                   libraries.ne.gov/centralcity/

and look for “Toddler Time Registration”  or sign up at the library.  There will be a photo/media release for parents to sign also, as well as information about special needs, allergies, etc. for the staff to know.

We encourage you to learn how valuable the Sixpence Leading to Reading  and the Lucy’s Garden sections are in our library, as well as our wonderful selections of books for
preschool children.  We have many ways to help you help your child become proficient in pre-reading and listening skills. Those skills will give them a great advantage in learning in the years ahead.
